We recommend pre-booking 2-3 follow-up visits, at 3 week intervals after your initial assessment. Waitlist: Can’t find a time? Click the link at the very bottom of the page to add yourself to the waitlist. This is a fast way to get a treatment ASAP.

If it has been more than 6 months, there are multiple concerns you would like to address at the same time, or you feel your concerns would benefit from additional attention, then please feel free to book an extended 45 minute follow-up. Contact the clinic via email if you can’t find a time that works for you.

ALL bookings require a credit card be placed on file. Credit card numbers are safely encrypted and protected.

Katie brings over a decade of experience as an orthopedic and pelvic health physiotherapist, having earned her Honours Degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Throughout her education, she developed a keen interest in anatomy and the interconnectedness of body structures, with a particular focus on the pelvis as a central pillar of health.

Katie treats individuals of all genders for a wide range of pelvic health conditions. She has a special interest in addressing pain during intimacy, managing endometriosis and painful periods, supporting pregnancy and preparation for delivery, as well as aiding postpartum recovery—whether after vaginal or cesarean deliveries. She also helps clients navigate the effects of cancer treatments on pelvic health, including the impacts of radiation, surgery, and hormonal therapies for prostate and breast cancer.

As an avid outdoor enthusiast with a number of years experience working as a physiotherapist in a gym setting, Katie is passionate about the unique challenges faced by runners and cyclists, as well as those aiming to stay strong and healthy during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the changes of menopause.

Whatever your mountain may be, Katie strives to identify the root of your concerns to take control of your health and get back to what you enjoy the most in life.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Katie exploring the mountains—hiking or trail running with her rescue pup, skiing in the winter, or tackling the rugged terrain on her mountain bike.
